
Through my own life experiences of trauma and challenge I hold a deep empathy for anyone needing the space and time to make sense of their own experiences.
I aim to hold a safe space for you to feel free to share in confidence and without fear of judgement, I aim to help empower and encourage motivation for change and enthusiasm for self discovery, helping to gain deeper understanding of self and identity.
Primarily using a person centered and trauma informed approach combined with elements of CBT to first understand your wishes/goals for therapy, identify barriers to goals and explore ways of moving forward to living an authentic life true to yourself.
I am CBT trained and happy to offer CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) courses to help with many presenting issues such as low self esteem/self worth, depression, anxiety, attachment issues, addiction and anger. Using collaborative work and weekly tasks to continue the work at home I aim to help you gain clarity around unhelpful thought processes and behaviours, helping you to move away from the barriers holding you back.
All aspects of self can be explored and spiritualistic exploration is warmly welcomed.
Sessions are 50 minutes and are delivered via Zoom or Teams or face to face. All sessions are completely confidential and delivered in a safe space enabling you to fully explore your concerns.
Sessions are available in 6 week slots or a week to week basis. £50 per hour.
Initial consultations of 30 minutes are free to discuss your needs and availability.
