Using a person centered approach combined with elements of CBT to understand client goals, barriers and discover ways of moving forward to living an authentic life true to yourself.
All aspects of self can be explored and spiritualistic exploration is warmly welcomed.
Sessions are 50 minutes and are delivered remotely or face to face. All sessions are completely confidential and delivered in a safe space enabling you to fully explore your concerns.
Sessions are available in 6 week slots or a week to week basis. £50 per hour.
Initial consultations of 30 minutes are free to discuss your needs and availability.

Using the power of nature to help with the counselling process.
Engaging with nature to aid a connection with self and a connection to the present moment, utilising mindfulness in these sessions we can work together to explore presenting issues whilst keeping a connection to the present moment.
Walk and talk sessions are delivered in locations in Hertfordshire. Sessions are 50 minutes to an hour and can be booked as packages or on a week to week basis.
