Engaging with nature to aid a connection with self and a connection to the present moment, utilising mindfulness in these sessions we can work together to explore presenting issues whilst keeping a connection to the present moment.
Walk and talk sessions are delivered in locations in Hertfordshire including Letchworth, Hitchin and Stevenage. Sessions are 50 minutes to an hour and can be booked as packages or on a week to week basis.
